ACMA THEOLOGICAL POSITION:

ACMA is an interdenominational, evangelical organisation that is thoroughly committed to the infallibility of the Bible, and the empowering of the Holy Spirit for service.
We believe and affirm:

  • The divine inspiration and supreme authority of the Old and New Testament Scriptures.
  • The triune Godhead of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • The twofold nature of our Lord Jesus Christ as God and man, His virgin birth, vicarious death and bodily resurrection.
  • His present majesty.
  • His future coming in glory.
  • The fall of mankind and consequent moral depravity and need of regeneration.
  • Justification by faith through the substitutionary death of Christ.
  • Sanctification by the Holy Spirit.
  • Resurrection of the body and eternal judgement.

  • Our vision is to be well known and respected as the preferred provider of mission aviation training in our region.
  • As a leading provider of high quality training we will inspire, mentor, disciple and equip Christian men and women to serve in mission aviation.
  • Our close association with key partners enhances our significant contribution within the holistic global ministry of building God’s Kingdom.

We believe in the Risen Christ:

  • Based on Christian values and biblical principles, we believe in the risen Christ for all people in all nations.
  • Our flight and engineering training programs are coupled with extensive biblical and mission studies. Grounded in sound theological teaching, our graduates are trained to be part of a wider mission to God’s people in every land.

We believe in the Good News:

  • We believe that the message of the Good News of the Gospel is more than just words, but actions that change people’s lives.
  • We are a primary means by which the people we serve experience the love of God, whether in the delivery of food, material and spiritual aid, medical assistance, translation services, treasured messages from home, or the reunion of loved ones separated by distance.
  • We aim to train our students to be messengers of hope to a world that longs for the Good News of Christ.
  • We believe that no one should be beyond the reach of the love of God and of hearing the Good News.
  • We believe in our Calling:
  • Traversing the earth and sky, ACMA graduates have chosen more than a vocation. It is a calling from God to change lives through the hope of Jesus Christ in whom we believe.
  • ACMA graduates are posted around the world, helping to build the Kingdom of God, to support the church and to build up believers in every nation.
